The Silver Level product offers all the elements of the Study Optimiser package and adds regular weekly support in the form of telephone and email consultations.

So we’ll start with an in-depth analysis to ensure we fully understand you, your situation and your study goals. Then we’ll help you to define a personalised study programme that will ensure you’re studying in the best possible way, and give you lots of advice on how to carry out the study you’re undertaking. Once you’re up and running with your studies, we’ll offer you one-on-one support throughout the life of your package to ensure you stay on track for exam success.

The package consists of

A detailed questionnaire to give us all the information we need to tailor our advice and recommendations to suit you personally.
A comprehensive initial consultation2 during which we’ll discuss the findings from our analysis of your completed questionnaire and recommend the best way to progress your studies.
A written report giving feedback from the initial consultation process and summarising our advice and recommendations.
A copy of our book “First Time Pass” (e-book PDF version), a comprehensive guide to study and passing exams.
One telephone consultation2 per week.
One email consultation per week.

1 To cover costs, a 2% payment processing fee will be applied to all payments made by credit/debit card and via PayPal.

2 The initial consultation will take place at a pre-arranged time via Skype or student initiated telephone call and will be up to 60 minutes in length.

The ongoing weekly telephone consultations will be up to 30 minutes each in length. We recommend the use of Skype which offers free Skype-to-Skype calls via the internet; however, non-Skype users can call a designated UK landline telephone number (London area code) and will be charged at the appropriate standard call rates.
